Grand Rapids Construction offers basic bathroom remodels that include changing out the shower or tub with a new fiberglass or metal equivalent, changing out flooring to vinyl plank or linoleum, and exchanging the vanity or sink for a new unit similar in size. We also install mirrors, and new vanity lights and painted the room. we cover all rough plumbing & electrical, the client is responsible for purchasing all materials including but not limited to Tub/ shower, Toilet, Vanity, Vanity light, Mirror, and bath fixtures including tubs hot and cold control.

Laminate & LVT Luxary Vinyl Tile

Most luxury vinyl tile and laminates can be installed directly over most existing (Level) floor coverings, except for carpet, laminate, and cushioned vinyl flooring. Vinyl planks can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at an angle.
Reminder both typed flooring need to acclimate to the new environment for 48 hours, so you should have new flooring delivered to your home at least two days before installation.
Our team will
• Take care of any repairs to the subfloors before installing new flooring, and make sure the flooring surface is clean, flat, dry, and free of debris
• Help Remove all furniture and appliances from the room, as well as wall and doorway trim, and undercut any door casings.
